Jenna Free, Therapist for ADHD with ADHD
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 32 after having 2 kids while in grad school and my coping mechanisms were no longer keeping my head above water. It was after this realization that I decided there has got to be more available to us than just survival.
The good news is this challenging time forced me to find another way and ADHD Regulation is just that. Through regulation and mindset work I have gone from just keeping my head above water (and at times not even that) to truly thriving - being more productive AND enjoying the journey.
I can’t wait to dive into this work with you. Everyone with ADHD can find relief through this multifaceted approach to regulation for ADHD.
