Introducing...
ADHD Regulation Groups
Regulate your nervous system, your thoughts, beliefs and your behavior to get your system out of fight or flight and back into the flow.
This is where you can take action more consistently, avoid burnout and enjoy life again.
Join the Next GroupHere's how we get you out of survival mode:
Step 1: Nervous System Regulation
This is at the root, when your nervous system is in survival mode it increases your ADHD symptoms and makes everything harder.
👉 This step is important but it is NOT ENOUGH!
Step 2: Thought & Belief Regulation
Having a nervous system that’s been stuck in survival mode has created a lot of beliefs and ways of thinking that are also rooted in dysregulation.Â
We will work together to think in a new way that will allow you to STAY regulated.
👉 This is a vital step that is almost always missed.
Step 3: Behavior Regulation
Behavior regulation is becoming aware of where dysregulation is affecting what we do.
With this awareness we can then gently create behavior change.
We see dysregulation in our behavior in extremes so we will work on things like all or nothing thinking and swinging between avoidance and urgency. This is where we get into the act of being more consistent.
👉 We won't do this with force but with compassion and ease.
The best thing Jessica has done...
"Jenna's program has been the best thing I've done towards having a better, happier life with ADHD. It's so different to what most people are teaching, and it has been immensely more helpful."
Megan loved the group...
"I’m so glad I signed up for ADHD Groups, and while I’m still far from perfect, I can see the patterns now, understand how I got here, and finally see a way forward. The group experience itself was a huge part of that, giving me perspective, insight, and support I wouldn’t have gotten on my own."
What tends to shift for people over the 8 weeks:
-
Week 1–2: A-HAs galore, starting to understand their own patterns and how to interrupt them.
-
Week 3–4: Easier to just "do the thing", less frantic energy, more self compassion.
-
Week 5–8: Calmer mind, more capacity and more enjoyment.

Chris feels calm and in control...
"I'm finding that I simply get down to work, without having to drum up motivation or try to implement a new task management system. My background level of anxiety has gone silent. Most of the time, I feel calm and in control of myself, without that ever-present dread that I have forgotten something or I'm not doing enough."
Becca has learned so much...
"I was initially skeptical about group coaching, but over the last 10 weeks, I’ve learned so much. Of everything I’ve tried, this is the one thing I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone starting out on their ADHD journey. Thank you Jenna!"
Hi! I’m Jenna Free
Therapist for ADHD with ADHD
As a therapist, the ADHD training I received showed me that no one really knows what to do with ADHDers.
We get handed a lot of bandaids in the form of calendars, timers and encouragement of routines but we need more.
After working with ADHDers for hundreds of hours it was clear that we are stuck in a dysregulation cycle that is exacerbating our symptoms and it must be dealt with if we want life to get easier.
When I started focusing on regulation (all 3 types) with my ADHD clients real change started happening.Â
This is also the approach that I use to live well with ADHD.
I have personal experience in the practice and daily implementation of this work and I am so happy to be able to help guide ADHDers like you to do the same.
You deserve to live a life that doesn't feel so damn hard. ADHD Regulation Groups is where you can start accessing this.
Most people don't join because they feel ready.
They join because they're tired of doing this alone.
How Groups Work:Â
Â
Groups meet weekly at the same time and with the same people.
Each call includes teaching, guided reflection, space for questions, and a specific takeaway for the week.
You’re never required to share, and there is also room to work through anything that’s feeling stuck for you.
Â
"Shouldn't This Be 1:1?"
Many people assume 1:1 support is always better than support in a Group.
I have worked with The ADHD Regulation Method individually and in groups and when people are doing this work together, it is more effective.
- Nervous systems learn safety in community
- Meeting and connecting with others like you is regulating
- Groups reduce isolation
Jennifer was hesitant...
I was hesitant to give it a try because I’ve struggled with group programs in the past but everyone was lovely and the participant questions were so relevant to my own experiences. I’m planning to continue this work afterward through ongoing support.Â
Elin was too...
What I love about Jenna’s way of working is that she somehow manages not to gatekeep anything, while still making the group program worth every penny. I had already learned a lot from her Instagram content and wasn’t sure how much added value the groups would offer.
It turns out there was a lot. The structure of the group, and the way the work is organized into bite-sized pieces, made everything easier to understand and actually apply.
