YOU LIKELY EXPERIENCE the same things as the hundreds of ADHDers who've already joined ADHD Groups ...
- FRANTICALLY trying to keep up WITH A TO-DO LIST THAT NEVER SEEMS TO END
- DAILY LIFE FEELS OVERWHELMING while also, somehow, BARELY GETTING ANYTHING DONE
- THERE'S NEVER ENOUGH TIME IN THE DAY and every day IS A RACE AGAINST THE CLOCK
- RICOCHETING BETWEEN FRANTICALLY RUNNING AROUND IN A PANIC and crashing, ZONED OUT ON YOUR PHONE
No planner, calendar or timer you've tried has been able to make a dent in these struggles.
This is why I created the ADHD Flow Approach - to create deeper, lasting change so you can get out of this cycle and find your flow.
(Think: Enjoyment of life while ALSO getting things done).
Claire
I have more energy at the end of the day. I did more this past weekend with my husband than I have in so long.
Kristine
The group aspect was so helpful and that was unexpected. I often get stuck in my own head and this let me know that I’m not alone.
Sara
This regulation work is really helping with the productivity side that I've never been able to get a hold of before.
IMAGINE THIS ...
You're able to BE with your family after work instead of itching until you can lay down and scroll.
You are present in what you're doing and it doesn't feel like you're crawling out of your skin.
You're enjoying life again and soaking in the little moments, no longer under the gun every minute of the day.
Daily life feels manageable. You're getting more done while using less energy to do it!
This is all possible with the ADHD Flow Approach! Read on for more details.
Sarah
I found this program to be the most helpful guidance I have ever received. In my long search for someone with knowledge of how to deal with the emotional/mental side of ADHD especially, I have never even come close to a program or therapy that matches what you are offering!
INTRODUCING
THE ADHD FLOW APPROACH
When we are dysregulated as ADHDers, we get stuck in a frantic/crash cycle that is absolutely debilitating.
Getting out of this cycle is the purpose of The ADHD Flow Approach.
When you have more balanced energy & a new perspective on life (being in the flow), your experience of life with ADHD can change drastically.
- Less overwhelm - the day isn't spread in front of you like a marathon you're dreading but instead you can be present with one thing at a time.
- Less 'white-knuckling it' - when you're regulated, you'll find you don't have to hold on to everything so tight. You can relax and things won't fall apart.
- More enjoyment - did you know the purpose of life isn't to frantically check off everything on your to do list, just to wake up tomorrow and do it all over again 🫠. In a more regulated state you'll actually get to enjoy life; both the simple day to day AND vacations and time off.
- More productivity and achievement - In a regulated state life feels easier and slower but MORE gets done. It's amazing how being in a frantic, dysregulated state burns A LOT of energy but doesn't produce many results (just think about how hard you're working and how behind you still feel)

This work has helped me soooo much on my days off. I am getting better at enjoying my time instead of stressing about what I need to do next.
Brittney
I've done more around the house in the last 2 weeks than I have in the last 6 months.
Katie
This was really a paradigm shift. A major perspective change.
Amal
I went from not writing at all (PhD), to now writing each day. After many years I am now confident I will finish my dissertation.
THIS PROGRAM IS LIVE & INTERACTIVE FOR A REASON
Giving you modules to watch or worksheets to fill out between sessions is not only ineffective but can make things worse.
If you don't get the tasks accomplished you can feel even more shame and guilt, dysregulating you further.
Let's not.
This course is live and interactive with no homework so you can start making real change without adding more to your plate.

Professor
I have taken other classes meant to help me calm my autonomic system for my POTS, and I have taken meditation classes. They were useful, and I learned from those experiences. What I have been experiencing lately is different.
The tools Jenna has given me and shown me how to use are different. I am most happily in shock.
I am attaching a picture I took yesterday, as my husband is embracing my new calm way of life, and slowed down the car so that I could take this picture.

"This course has been a game changer for me. It has completely evolved and challenged my ideas of how to cope with my ADHD. The content is clear and not overwhelming. I truly feel this course will help me support myself in the months and years to come.
Thank you Jenna!"
HI, I'M JENNA FREE.
I was diagnosed with ADHD while in grad school to become a therapist.
It was such a relief - everything about me and my (strange) history made sense.
As a therapist, the ADHD training I received, showed me that no one really knows what to do with ADHDers.
We get handed a lot of bandaids in the form of calendars, timers and encouragement of routines but we need more.
After working with ADHDers for hundreds of hours it was clear that we are stuck in a dysregulation cycle that is exacerbating our symptoms and it must be dealt with.
When I started focusing on regulation and mindset with my ADHD clients real change started happening.
This is also the approach that use to live well with ADHD.
I have personal experience in the practice and daily implementation of this work and I am so happy to be able to help guide ADHDers like you to do the same.
Whether you were diagnosed as a kid or just recently, you deserve to live a life that doesn't feel so damn hard. ADHD Groups is where you can start accessing this.
Uma

Therapist & Musician
After being diagnosed with ADHD earlier this year, I felt a brief moment of relief and recognition – I'm not crazy! – followed by a sense of: oh no, this isn’t going to get any better. The therapy I received only increased my feelings of panic because it focused on planning, schedules, and homework. Through TikTok, I came across Jenna, and joined ADHD Groups.
I feel like I'm becoming more of myself. I’m breaking free from the ADHD prison and can now feel more and more often: "wow, I’m calm and happy". Jenna is truly an expert by experience and gives me a hopeful perspective on my own future.
Join today and take a deep breath. We've got you.
PS: You can join from anywhere in the world :)

It takes time and practice but the regulation work we build on every week in ADHD Group really is a tool that I’ve started to use in every part of my life - work, really emotional moments, goal setting, getting out of bed, feeling overstimulated, being able to do things that scare me and being really present for both little things and big things.
It’s helped me stop spiralling when I fall into all or nothing thinking and has helped me take action towards my goals. The quality of my life has really improved from what we work on in ADHD Groups.
Chris
I’m focusing on internal regulation and I can already feel a difference, I'm able to access the flow state more often.
Serena
Jenna's refreshing take on ADHD was so healing.
Leah
Any situation I brought up, Jenna got to the root of the issue. This made it so much easier to work with.

This is the most regulated I've ever been the first couple months of the school year. I’ve even been able to workout regularly. I’m so much less anxious about work.
