Hi! I’m Jenna Free, therapist for ADHD with ADHD.

For 32 years I was just keeping my head above water and then I was diagnosed with ADHD while in grad school to become a therapist. Everything made sense but ... now what?

I was still struggling even though I knew why.

It wasn't until I worked with other ADHDers for hundreds of hours that I was able to connect the dots that being in survival mode was the root of why we were struggling this much.

This is when I started using the ADHD Regulation approach with both my clients and myself.

We're no longer relying on bandaids (calendars, tools, timers, hacks) and going straight to the source of our biggest struggles - a dysregulated nervous system.

When we are in survival mode (dysregulation) it creates so many problems that your typical ADHD tools become pretty unhelpful - like an umbrella in a hurricane.

So instead we are here to calm the storm.
