This isn’t really a workshop about tools. It's a workshop about how to USE tools in a more regulated and sustainable way.
It’s really a regulation workshop — for people whose tools, calendars, timers and apps stress them out more than help them.
Not being able to use a calendar consistently is not just a forgetfulness problem...

When you don't use your tools consistently it’s not about discipline or just forgetting about it. It’s about dysregulation.
ADHDers don’t need more planners, productivity hacks, or “work smarter” tips.
We need a regulated system and for our tools to be structured in a regulated way to make sustainability possible.

→ We're not going to throw the baby out with the bath water but we do need to assess what isn't working for you
âś…Â Adjust the tools you want to keepÂ
→ Dysregulated tools (too complex, rooted in dopamine and novelty) will never work long term, we will tweak HOW you use your tools to make them workable for you
âś…Â Learn about the relationship between internal regulation and the external regulation of your tools
→ We use many things to soothe our dysregulation instead of using things that are functional, we need to be able to tell the difference
âś… Leave with a clear vision for how you will move forward in a new way Â
→ You will know exactly what changes to make after this workshop without having to guess on your own what you should do
