Instead of forcing goals, we’ll slow down and explore:

  • how to work towards goals in a regulated (and sustainable) way
  • How regulation affects your ability to grow and work towards things long term

No forcing and intensity.


Just a calm place to see things differently so things can play out differently.

(Yes, we can go after long term goals!)

WHAT THIS IS (AND ISN’T)

 This is:

  • creating change and goals from a completely new perspective
  • nervous-system-friendly pacing
  • a discussion about regulation and long term goals

This is not:

  • a productivity workshop
  • a “plan your year” checklist
  • hustle or hype

You won’t be asked to overhaul your life on Monday.
