January usually asks us to rush.
Fix this. Change that. Do more. Be better.
But if you live with ADHD (and dysregulation), you already know:
pressure doesn’t create change, it creates paralysis, overwhelm and burnout.

This online vision board gathering is an invitation to do things differently.

Instead of forcing goals, we’ll slow down and explore:
- who you want to be
- how to work towards goals in a regulated (and sustainable) way
No forcing and intensity.
Just a calm place to see things differently so things can play out differently.
(Yes, we can go after long term goals!)
WHAT THIS IS (AND ISN’T)
 This is:
- a cozy, reflective live session
- creating change and goals from a completely new perspective
- nervous-system-friendly pacing
- you and me doing the process together
This is not:
- a productivity workshop
- a “plan your year” checklist
- hustle or hype
You won’t be asked to overhaul your life on Monday.
You will be invited to see yourself and your year differently.
 What we'll work on together:

During this hour, we’ll reflect on questions like:
- What do I want my 2026 self to believe and identify with?
- How do I pursue goals in a regulated way and what do I want those to be?
- What do I want to release?
I’ll be working on my own vision board and goals for this year while guiding you to think in new ways to create yours.
I'll be there to answer any questions that come up for you along the way.
Expect some a-has and a lot of 🤯.
