They offer basic healthcare, perform surgery, address epidemics, rehabilitate and run hospitals and clinics, carry out vaccination campaigns, operate nutrition centres, provide mental healthcare and offer training to local medical staff. 

This includes providing urgent emergency and surgical care to people in Gaza, as circumstances allow, supporting survivors of sexual violence in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo and delivering critical medical care to families affected by conflict in Sudan.

Hi, I'm Jenna


I spent 10 years stuck in the restrict-and-binge cycle, trying to stop bingeing through force, shame, and perfection.

At the time I didn't know I had ADHD but it makes sense why I so easily fell into all or nothing patterns.


I finally found peace through intuitive eating (and regulation work) — and have had a healthy relationship with food for over a decade. (No bingeing! Not because I've tried really hard but because I have healed my relationship with food).


I was also an intuitive eating counsellor for 7 years before I became a therapist and ADHD coach.

Now I'm bringing together my expertise in the dysregulated ADHD brain and intuitive eating to create a plan for you to heal your relationship with food long term.
